Cytrio Offers SaaS Platform For Managing Privacy Compliance

Cytrio has introduced a platform that it says can help marketers manage compliance -- including consent and preference, do not sell my information, Data Subject Access requests (DSARs) and policy templates in one place.

The SaaS solution can help brands comply with the ePrivacy Directive, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other regulations, Cytrio says.

The platform also includes a consent manager, consent preference manager, a customizable cookie banner generator and automatic cookie scanner.

The goal is to help businesses “get compliant with data privacy laws in a few minutes,”  says Vijay Basani, founder and CEO of Cytrio. The cost can be less than $100 per month, he adds.

Many states have now introduced privacy laws, following the EU and California.

“Failure to comply with these stringent regulations will result in expensive penalties, damage to brand reputation, erosion of customer trust, and potential loss of business,” Basani says.

“Keeping pace with data privacy laws is a cumbersome process, becoming overwhelming for many small to medium businesses,” adds Matthew Barden, founder and CEO of SEOptiks, a B2B lead-generation company.

Barden adds that Cytrio is “simplifying and automating the complexities of data privacy compliance for businesses of all sizes.”
