
Factoreal has added four generative artificial
intelligence (AI) features to its sports customer engagement platform that it says can drive personalized email campaigns.
The goal is to help sports brands “unleash their
creativity and transform the way they communicate with their customers,” says Ravichandra Kenchappa, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Factoreal.
According to Factoreal, the
new capabilities include:
- Smart headings — This feature suggests email headings and keywords for subject lines.
- Smart Buttons — This
allows email marketers to create effective calls to action.
- Image Generator — For producing visuals that make emails more appealing.
- Text
Generator — To help email marketers find the right tone by using Natural Language Processing capabilities.
In addition, Factoreal recently introduced its Omnichannel
Chatbots capability to help businesses maintain an open channel to their customer base.
Factoreal cites Forrester research showing that businesses are cautiously implementing AI to give
an automation boost to tedious human processes.
