Mike Cooper, former Global CEO of IPG Mediabrands' Rapport unit, has joined out-of-home media-buying platform DOmedia as head of global operations.
Cooper, who most recently was global president of Adomni, previously served as global president and CEO of Rapport Worldwide.
DOmedia operates one of the largest online ad-buying platforms for local out-of-home advertisers, BillboardsIn.
In January DOmedia announced a deal with Rapport to "change the way out-of-home is bought and sold," including onboarding the agency's out-of-home media planning and buying operations onto DOmedia's platform, which includes workflow automation software and applications.
In their joint announcement, they described the integration with Rapport's existing tech stack as a "Rapportal."
