She succeeds John Barker who founded the agency 20 years ago. He will remain at the agency as Chief Idea Officer.

In addition to Weil, newly named partners at the agency include longtime finance leader Deven Madray who becomes CFO, Kim Tracey, who is elevated to Chief Client Officer and creative lead Sandi Harari who has been promoted Chief Creative Officer.

“These promotions and designations of Partners represent an important investment in the future of the agency and our service to both current and future clients and their growth,” stated Barker.

In the past year Barker has been awarded strategic and creative duties for the Maidenform and Bali brands by HanesBrands, Inc. following a competitive review. Playtex was added to Barker’s remit for a brand makeover.

The agency has also been awarded additional business from mainstay clients Bausch and Lomb, Parx Casino, and others.

The design of the agency’s new downtown offices  encourages “collaborative ideation” whether working in-person or remotely, while aromatherapy drifts through the vents to relax and inspire all.

“Our cohesive team has institutional knowledge and modern-day know-how which is proving to be a winning combination,” said Weil. “Kim and Sandi were among John’s first hires and have helped pave the way to create an agency for today’s shifting talent and client needs. There’s so much more in store.”
