Chloe Grindle was named creative director at Wunderman
Thompson. She reports to U.K. executive creative director Tom Drew.
Grindle is responsible for various global clients, including Avon and Costa Coffee. Last September, Wunderman Thompson was named global AOR for Costa Coffee, launching the "Made a Little Better" campaign in April 2023. The agency also kicked off Avon's "Embrace Your Power" work.
Previously, Grindle worked at Ogilvy UK as global creative director across the Dove and Hellmann's accounts. She led Dove's she "Change is Beautiful" campaign, the biggest global relaunch in the brand’s history.
Before Ogilvy, she held posts at Droga5, Havas and Publicis in New York, servicing various brands, such as Citi, Keurig and Rite Aid.
Steve Aldridge, Chief Creative Officer at Wunderman Thompson UK, touted Grindle's global and brand expertise, saying she would "raise the bar" on account work.
