Havas and ecommerce software company Mirakl said today they are partnering to create an independent retail media network for brands and retailers.
The network will leverage Mirakl’s AI-powered advertising technology optimized for marketplaces and eCommerce.
The partnership will make Mirakl’s suite of commerce and retail media solutions available to Havas clients to sell on Mirakl-powered marketplaces.
As part of the alliance, Mirakl will also help Havas clients launch and grow their own marketplaces.
Mirakl Ads is a retail-first, marketplace-ready ads solution also optimized for eCommerce. It brings together AI-powered technology with a global network of clients and sellers, representing nearly 1.3 billion monthly website visits across Mirakl’s top 200 clients.
Since 2012, Mirakl – founded by Philippe Corrot and Adrien Nussenbaum – has been powering the platforms of more than 400 B2B and B2C companies, generating over $6 billion in gross merchandise value in 2022. It has an ecosystem of 65,000 third-party sellers, including Leroy Merlin, B&Q, Auchan, Catch, Decathlon, Macy’s, Madewell, NBCUniversal and Galeries Lafayette.
