Sustainable food delivery
company Daily Harvest announced the launch of Pops, the brand's first child-targeted product.
The ready to eat allergen-friendly frozen popsicles each contain six or fewer ingredients, less than eight grams of sugar, and are comprised of a mix of fruits and vegetables. The USDA Organic Certified Pops are available in three flavors: Strawberry + Dragon Fruit, a mix of strawberry, banana, dragon fruit, cherry and cauliflower purées; Mango + Passion Fruit, which contains mango, passionfruit and pineapple purées with carrot pure and orange zest; and Blueberry + Banana, a blend of blueberry, raspberry and banana purées with spinach and lime.
"Parents and children, including my own kids, have regularly asked us to create a smaller serving, ready-in-a-snap, approved-for-even-breakfast collection,” said Rachel Drori, founder of Daily Harvest. “Many of our subscribers have children and have shared stories of having to fend them off from the last sip of their smoothie.”

Promotions for the new Pops include social media, influencer marketing and a collaboration with New York’s Tenoverten salon, which created a limited-edition trio of polishes with colors inspired by the brightly colored Pops. The Daily Harvest x Tenoverten Trio is available as a gift with purchase for new Daily Harvest subscribers, with a limited number available for purchase on Tenoverten.com.
“Partnerships with innovative and mission-driven brands like Tenoverten are great amplifiers that allow us to access new audiences in authentic and creative ways,” Andrew Noyes, Daily Harvest’s vice president, communications and corporate affairs, told Marketing Daily.
“We love that Tenoverten, like Daily Harvest, is focused on the health of people and the planet," Noyes adds. "Tenoverten set a new standard in conscious nail care with products that are not only 'eight-free' (no dibutyl phthalate, toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, xylene or triphenyl phosphate) but also cruelty free and vegan. They also focus on sustainability in everything they do – from sourcing to shipping.”
The Pops are available via the Daily Harvest website and in regional supermarkets, with additional and larger chains adding the product later this year.
