Nulo Features Athletes With Their Pets Ahead of Olympics

Gold medalist gymnast Simone Biles is featured with her French Bulldogs, Lilo and Rambo

Pet food brand Nulo is preparing to launch the newest content from its “Fuel Incredible” campaign featuring Olympic athletes.

The effort includes Simone Biles, Caeleb Dressel, Gabby Thomas, Ryan Crouser and more ahead of the 2024 games in Paris.

The full suite of creative launches June 1 across social, digital, broadcast and cable and runs through September, including out-of-home in key markets, plus retail and print executions.

Creative is a joint effort between Austin, Texas-based Widespread Creative and Nulo’s in-house creative team, with media planning handled both internally and by Epitaph.

Creative shows how some of the world’s elite athletes are prioritizing the nutrition and well-being of their pets. Gold medalist gymnast Biles is featured with her French bulldogs Lilo and Rambo, while Dressel, a seven-time Gold medalist swimmer, is featured with his pets Jane the English labrador and Rems the cat.

World champion track standout Gabby Thomas is featured with her pug Rico. Ryan Crouser, American shot put legend and discus thrower, appears alongside his  black lab, Koda.

Gold medalist swimmer Chase Kalisz dotes on his bulldog, Floyd.  Gold medalist and world champion swimmer Regan Smith celebrates the transformative power of pets in her life with her cherished cat Roo.

Sixteen-time Gold medalist Paralympic Swimmer Jessica Long appears with her goldendoodle Goose and World Silver medalist Heptathlete Anna Hall shows off her labrador Emma.

The athletes and their pets represent the essence of what the campaign stands for, says Nulo Founder and CEO Michael Landa.

“We understand that behind every great athlete is a support system, and our pets are an integral part of that – offering emotional support, companionship, and unconditional love,” Landa says in a release. “Our foods are crafted to ensure that while athletes chase their dreams, their pets are also fueled with the premium nutrition they need to be at their best.”
