Omnicom precision marketing agency Rapp has been selected as the direct response marketing Agency of Record for Princess Cruises.
Under the remit Rapp is tasked with boosting the brand’s CRM communications including driving greater customer engagement and conversions.

During the first year of the assignment, Rapp and its new client will concentrate on enhancing pre-cruise communications strategies while integrating with the Adobe suite to drive personalized experiences. They will also implement a test, learn, and optimize foundation that covers strategy, creative development, deployment, reporting, insights and more.
