Scribd, Inc., the writing platform, has released a beta version of an AI tool that it says will allow users to research and access content on Scribd.
The new release, Ask AI, will enhance the customer experience for the Scribd and Everand brands, the firm says.
The goal is to help users “uncover
insights and discover new content effortlessly, bringing a new level of personalization and efficiency to their digital journeys,” says Beck Kloss, chief product officer and chief technology
officer at Scribd, Inc.
The new product is available to select users via web, mobile web, and mobile apps.
With Ask AI, users can
ask questions and get answers about specific documents on Scribd via an AI-powered chat interface that can analyze documents up to 1,000 pages in length.
Everand users
can ask queries and receive personalized recommendations. Everand is the destination for millions of magazine, ebooks, audiobooks and magazines, the company says.

Slideshare.
