Serendipity, a digital and print luxury lifestyle publisher, is rebranding with Abigail Fox, a gift boutique in Old Greenwich, Connecticut, as 365 Collective by Abigail Fox and Serendipity.
Behind the rebranding are Abigail Fox, founder of Abigail Fox Designs, and Suni Unger, the founder and CEO of Unger Publishing, the publisher of Serendipity Magazine.
The partners emphasize that the new brand will be entirely run by women.
“Abby has been a trusted friend and advisor on the board for Unger Publishing since its inception,” Unger says. “Similar to other leading media companies leaping into the retail arena, it seemed like a perfect fit for us to merge her eye for sought-out luxury products, gifts and private labels, with Serendipity’s expertise in editorial, producing exclusive events, brand collaboration and all-things culinary.”

The new entity will feature an online platform offering daily editorial on wellness trends, travel and culinary experiences, home design, real estate and prominent events. It also will have a brick-and-mortar location in Greenwich and an online shop.
"Suni and I have been close friends for years; we have leaned on each other for business advice and worked together on brand collaborations, industry and client events and fundraisers,” Fox says.
She adds: “While my Nantucket location will continue
to operate separately as Abigail Fox Designs, I am thrilled to be the co-owner of Unger Publishing and to launch the pioneering brand 365 Collective by Abigail Fox and
Serendipity.”
