ACC Appoints Chun President To Drive Growth, Innovation

Marketing group Acceleration Community of Companies has appointed Monica Chun president, a new role at the company.  Chun will lead growth strategy, marketing, innovation and cross-network integration throughout ACC’s portfolio of agencies. She will also be responsible for fostering and developing integrated marketing campaigns for Acceleration’s diverse client base.  

Chun joined the company nearly six years ago as Chief Client Officer. Previously she served two decades at PMK*BNC including a stint as president. She’s credited with building the firm’s experiential, influencer, digital, social, and analytics units.

Last month, Acceleration acquired a majority stake in PR firm DKC and its’ creative services studio, HangarFour further expanding its marketing, communications and creative capabilities. Other ACC agencies include MKG, a creative agency specializing in brand experiences; design, fabrication, and 3-D printing shop Pink Sparrow; and Stripe Theory, a data marketing analytics and reputation management agency. 

The company now boasts over 550 employees across 12 offices nationwide as well as London and Asia. Clients include Pepsi, T-Mobile, Stanley, Netflix, Google, Airbnb, TikTok, Meta, the National Basketball Association, and Delta, among others.
