Havas Media will account for a little more than
a third of a freestanding, publicly traded Havas, according to disclosures contained in a spin-off prospectus released Wednesday.
The prospectus, which outlines the holdings of a newly independent Havas following its spin-off from Vivendi (see plan below), indicates creative services will account for 41% and Havas Health will represent 23% of the organization's net revenue, based on its most recent fiscal year, ended June 30.
