Ogilvy One has been named the new Customer Relationship Management agency for tax preparer H&R Block.
The Lacek Group, an Ogilvy One company based in Minneapolis, will handle the account, working in partnership with Ogilvy New York, H&R Block’s creative, brand and PR agency since 2022.

Ogilvy One has an estimated 3,800 specialists worldwide, covering strategy, creative and design, UX/UI, data, media and performance, platform integration, creative technology, innovation and AI.
This is the first work by Ogilvy One since it was reintroduced to the U.S. this spring. In March, Kent Wertime was upped to Global CEO of Ogilvy One, a WPP company.
