Guideline, which operates Standard Media Index (SMI), SQAD, Lumina and other media-buying and planning data services, has named Vincent Mifsud CEO, succeeding Scott Kroll, who remains co-founder and executive chairman of the company.

Mifsud joins from global president of B2B enterprise software developer Enghouse Systems Limited.
