Miami agency Alma has appointed
Jorge Murillo as co-Chief Creative Officer. A 16-year agency vet, he previously held the post of vice president-executive creative director.
Murillo will handle the creative direction of two of the agency's biggest clients: McDonald’s and Molson Coors. He was key to refining the agency's positioning as the "ungeneral agency."
He reports to Alvar Suñol, co-president-Chief Creative Officer.
“Since joining us as an associate creative director in 2008, Jorge has been an integral part of Alma’s story,” said Suñol. “As we continue to champion how critical the ungeneral approach is for the market and our clients, there’s no one better suited to help drive this perspective forward and deliver even more groundbreaking creative work.”
Throughout his tenure at Alma, Murillo has earned Cannes, Effies and Clio awards.
The agency's client roster also includes Pepsi, Opendoor, CVS Health and Google.
