In the Caribbean, Coquito is Puerto Rico’s favorite holiday drink. And Bacardi Coquito, made of Bacardi rum, coconut liqueur and spices such as vanilla, clove and cinnamon, signals a Christmas celebration.

Coquito, meaning “little coconut,” in Spanish.

Bacardi's ready-to serve cocktail is now running a social campaign.

The "Coquito y Comida" work is live on both Bacardi and Joan Smalls’ Instagram channels, which you can view here. 

Joan Smalls is a Puerto Rican model and TV personality. In 2011, she became the first Latina model to represent Estée Lauder cosmetics.

Nike Communications handled the ad creative.
