Idris Elba, brand ambassador for software company ServiceNow,
is back.
In new creative, he explains how AI can assist any company department. Or, how autonomous ServiceNow AI agents can help people solve problems. ServiceNow provides a cloud-based, AI-driven platform that automates complex workflows.
The campaign by BBDO New York, which launched last May, is directed by Matt Aselton of Arts & Sciences.
The two spots — "Connecting Corners" and "AI Agents" — run across TV, digital, social and print.
ECD Greg Ketchum, executive creative director BBDO NY, told Agency Daily: “Idris plays himself, but he’s also playing a CEO who knows the power of the ServiceNow platform to deliver on the promise of AI across his company. He’s so confident, we thought it would be fun to cast a skeptic who tails him and questions his claims. But if your boss is Idris Elba, do you really want to question him?”

Elba says he plans to integrate ServiceNow products across his own companies. One project is modernizing Sherbro Island, off the coast of Sierra Leone, by creating sustainable energy and clean water resources.
BBDO NY counts Pepsi, BodyForm, Volkswagen, Meta and Home Depot among its client work.
Elba gained early acclaim for this roles in "The Wire" and "Luther."
