'We All Scream' For Coca-Cola Orange Cream In Flavor's First Ad

Coca-Cola launched a nostalgia-stoking campaign for its newest flavor.

The company launched a “We All Scream” campaign to introduce its new Coca-Cola Orange Cream and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Orange Cream to a wider audience as it rolls out across retailers in the U.S. and Canada. Coca-Cola previously announced the new flavor late last month, including on its social media channels.

The real marketing push for the new flavor kicked off this week, though. At the center of the campaign is an ad leaning into the flavor’s associations with the classic ice cream bar. Running in 30-second and 15-second iterations, the spot opens on a giant can of the Orange Cream flavor fitted atop an ice cream truck, and the nostalgic sound of an ice cream truck jingle. A stampede of grown adults chases the truck down for a taste of the new flavor, which proves so popular the truck soon runs out. As a Coca-Cola truck pulls up with reinforcements, it concludes with the tagline, “We all scream for Orange Cream.”

The ad debuts today and will run nationally on linear and OTT TV, as well as online video and social media. It will be further supported digital and social media, radio advertising, OOH, experiential and sampling activations.

Coca-Cola’s new flavor arrives on the heels of rival  Pepsi’s Wild Cherry & Cream launch. It also follows Coca-Cola deciding last September to discontinueits Coca-Cola Spiced flavor after introducing it as a “permanent flavor” early last year.

The company is not positioning the new Orange Cream flavor as a permanent addition to its roster. According to a brand spokesperson, it is “planned to be in-market until Q1 2026,” with “flexibility” to evolve that timeline.
