Lewis, with offices in
Nashville, Birmingham, and Mobile, Alabama, has added Josh Simpson as senior strategy director. Previously, he was Chief Strategy Officer at Intermark Group and senior vice president-director of
business development and brand strategy at BBDO Minneapolis.
Simpson will work with all Lewis clients, including its new communications company C Spire.
On the creative side, Lewis added three associate creative directors.
Dave Padgett will lead creative efforts for Kentucky Distillers' Association, Kentucky Bourbon Trail and Abeka. Before this, he spent two decades at agencies, including Havas and The Martin Agency. Padgett has worked with brands including Coors, Walmart and UPS.
Scott Shalles is heading work for Always Bank and Habitat for Humanity, bringing experience from TM, DMB&B and Publicis, where he developed campaigns for the Milwaukee Bucks, Bona and Physicians Mutual. Blake Young will initially lead creative projects for C Spire and Birmingham Zoo. He has held creative posts at and Intermark Group.
