Creative agency Fact & Fiction has added four agency vets to its staff. The hires position the Boulder, Colorado, and Kansas City-based shop for continued growth.
Yelan Tong joins as Co-Chief Creative Officer from VML, where she served as group creative director, leading work for Microsoft, Smartwater and Intel. She also worked at Mullenlowe, Deutsch, and CP+B.
The agency also named Ashley Milhollin from Saatchi & Saatchi London as creative director. She has crafted award-winning campaigns for Waitrose, Taco Bell and Autotrader.
Account director Matt Ornduff joins from AgencyOf, following time at VML ,where he led work for QuikTrip, Gatorade and Lidl US.
Alex Herz has been named an account supervisor, with previous experience at TBWA\Chiat\Day and Crispin Porter + Bogusky.

The expansion follows a strong year for the agency, including new client wins and its transition to independence.
Fact & Fiction has done work for Voodoo Ranger, AAA, Halo Top, QuikTrip and the Evel Knievel Museum.
