Omnicom Production has appointed company veteran Alissa Hansen as CEO for North America, and Publicis Groupe’s former chief client officer for global production, Mariusz Urbanczyk, as CEO of UK & EMEA.
Omnicom launched OP as a global practice area led by Global CEO Sergio Lopez in June 2024. Lopez is tasked with transforming the firm’s production service model to align with clients’ shifting content needs.

Hansen is an 18-year veteran of Omnicom, most recently serving in the dual role of chief production officer at agency Critical Mass and Chief Product Officer-Global Content Transformation at Omnicom. She founded the first live action studio at Critical Mass, and recently spearheaded the development of ArtBot, Omnicom's intelligent content automation product.
Most recently at Publicis Groupe, Urbanczyk previously spent two years with production company Papaya Films, and before that, eight years at WPP’s Hogarth Worldwide.
