Kansas City, KS-based full-service agency Walz Tetrick Advertising (WTA) has acquired Outrider, a content and video production company, also based in Kansas City. Terms weren’t disclosed.  

Frankie Oviedo, former principal at Outrider, joins WTA as executive creative director and will lead the creative team and oversee the integration with TorchHouse, WTA’s existing video production company. Ron Berg will continue to lead TorchHouse.  

Outrider has worked with companies such as Gatorade, Omaha Steaks, and Wendy’s and others in the food, sports, entertainment, and travel sectors.  

Walz Tetrick was founded 1967 and has worked with clients like the Kansas City Royals, Olathe Health, Washburn University and more.
