Building off its recently launched Business Manager hub for marketers, Reddit is launching a new “Partners” page designed to foster partnerships between businesses and agencies when creating and managing campaigns on the platform.
According to Reddit, the Partners page gives advertisers access to collaborate with other businesses on the platform by making profiles, the username shown with an ad and credit lines available shareable between partners.
The page also changes how advertising agencies are able to work with clients on Reddit. Now, agencies are able to create their own businesses, manage permissions of agency members, manage partners' access and centralize their clients' advertising activity and reporting, the social media company says.
“These relationships are a priority for us, and we are excited for agencies to have access to new features that allow them to operate independently, collaborate more efficiently, and ultimately get the best results for their clients,” Reddit says.

Through these new collaborative features, advertisers ultimately have a few different options on how they run Reddit campaigns.
Brands, for example, can now advertise as their partner's profile for a co-branded campaign, or extend their credit line to an agency to be billed directly. Agencies, on the other hand, can collaborate with their clients across businesses in one consolidated workflow, or they can advertise on their client's behalf by using their profile directly.
Reddit says advertisers also have the option to remove a partnership at any time.
The company believes that facilitating collaborative brand efforts like these will change the way agencies leverage Reddit for their clients, and plans on introducing more shareable assets in the future.
