New York-based agency group Meet The People has acquired Yeoman Technology Group, a specialist in organic and paid retail media strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Target and other platforms. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.   

The deal is MTP’s tenth M&A transaction since its founding four years ago and follows last year’s merger with True Independent Holdings.

Yeoman was founded in 2009 by Michael Healey in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Healey will remain with MTP reporting to Allison Potter and Joseph McConellogue, who are the Co-CEOs of Swell Media.
