Havas Acquires CRM Specialist Everta Digital

Havas announced today it has acquired CRM and digital transformation specialist Enverta Digital. Terms weren’t disclosed.

The company was founded in Toronto in 2021 by Jacob Ciesielski, and will be aligned with Havas CX Canada, led by President Alex Chepovetsky.

The company has led projects for Canadian financial company CIBC, PepsiCo and Others.
