FL-based social and influencer agency Superdigital. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Superdigital, which has outposts in New York, Boston and Los Angeles, is now part of the consulting

Superdigital was founded
in 2013 by entrepreneur Assaf Swissa who apparently is not continuing with the company after the sale, according to a note Swissa posted on his LinkedIn page.
“Over 12 years,
Superdigital has done some pretty cool things; it saved Nerf Headquarters from the Mayor of Flavortown, kindled a strange e-romance between Microsoft and Emily Zugay and even launched Magic the
Gathering’s Spiderman collaboration at Comic-Con (nerd alert),” he wrote.
“Accenture Song is a special group and will help Superdigital realize a bright future,” added Swissa.
“I suppose the sadness I feel is that of a parent dropping off their kid at college. That drive home will suck. But then you realize your other, more obnoxious children (Nuthouse Sports, looking
at you), need your attention too.”
Swissa signed the missive, “Farewell, Superdigital. Love, Dad.”
Swissa also teamed with former NFL star Julian Edelman, a longtime wide
receiver with the New England Partriots to produce a 2019 Showtime documentary about the latter’s career titled “100%: Julian Goodman.”
Sean Lackey, Accenture Song’s Marketing practice lead for the Americas said, “Superdigital brings added strength in areas where our clients are
seeking an advantage—at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology—and complements our vision for marketing reinvention.”
