A new
short film by Chivas Regal honors the behind-the-scenes professionals and “unsung heroes” of Scuderia Ferrari HP’s action-packed Formula 1 races—the pit crew.
First
screened at the Italian Grand Prix in Monza, the one-minute film, seen here, was written by spoken work artist George the Poet and pays homage
to the synchronicity and skill of the crew behind the famed racers.
Drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc read the poetic copy on camera for the film, aptly named “A Tribute to the
Scuderia Ferrari HP Pit Crew.” Lines include, "You make it look natural... that unnatural level of precision. There's a gold standard of execution that you bring to every competition."
Created with Wieden + Kennedy London, the highly stylized film depicts several red leather-clad actors in a choreographed routine inspired by the pit crew's movements, “a feat of human and
mechanical precision,” along with images of Chivas throughout.

"This campaign embodies our ‘I Rise We Rise’ ethos and focuses on the people who build together and set the
team up for greatness behind the scenes," says Nick Blacknell, global marketing director, Chivas Regal. "The Scuderia Ferrari HP team shares our tenacious mindset and belief that success is built on
teamwork – and that's what makes our partnership so powerful."
The film is an extension of Chivas Regal’s partnership with Scuderia Ferrari HP, which began last year and also
includes on-the-ground activations at Formula 1 events.
