
Personize has launched an AI software tool
that the company says provides personalized content at scale.
The new solution, Generative Personalization Engine, is natively built inside HubSpot. It empowers sales and marketing teams
to research and write across thousands of prospects instantly, the firm claims in an announcement.
The goal is to provide teams with “an intelligent customer memory and the ability to
activate it instantly across campaigns,” says Hamed Taheri, founder and CEO of Personize.
Generative Personalization Engine differs from AI tools that produce generic content only.
Instead, it combines AI-powered agents with CortexUCM, Unified Customer Memory, to continuously learn from every customer interaction and apply that intelligence across email, LinkedIn, landing pages
and sales calls and other channels.

According to Personize, the new platform also provides:
