
Cactus has been the North Carolina
Education Lottery's creative AOR since 2021. It's now adding to its duties as media AOR.
The three-year contract win followed a competitive pitch.

The North Carolina Education Lottery has raised $12 billion
in the past 19 years.

The agency also serves as the
creative and media AOR for the Colorado Lottery and the Hoosier Lottery.
Cactus' first integrated media and creative campaign for the NCEL is launching this month.
