Co-Founder Brown Shifts To Non-Executive Director Role At Mediasense

Marketing consultant Mediasense said today that Graham Brown, co-founder and executive chair, will move into the role of non-executive director.

According to the company, Brown will continue to contribute to the firm’s “long-term vision” while management responsibilities will remain under the leadership of CEO Jamie Posnanski.

Late last year Posnanski succeeded Brown as CEO of the company.

“Transitioning into non-executive director is a natural step for me at this stage,” said Brown, who is 67. He joins Andy Pearch as a non-executive director at the company, which the duo founded in 2009.

The company has expanded in recent years. It was acquired by Apiary Capital in 2021. In separate deals last year, it acquired PwC’s UK Media Advisory team and media and marketing consultant R3 Worldwide.

Posnanski said: “Graham’s commitment to the business - and our industry as a whole – has been integral to the foundation of what Mediasense is today. I look forward to our continued work together in his role as a trusted advisor and strategic voice on the Board.”
