The Works: Putting Email CRM And Automation In One Place

Nimble, a sales and marketing engagement platform for small businesses, is offering email marketing enhancements that allow CRM, email and automation to be run from one spot, the company says in an announcement.  

Brands can use the solution to avoid paying for separate platforms, it adds.  

Nimble can also generate personalized 1-to-1 emails and nurture sequences based on the contact’s profile and intent. 

In addition, Nimble offers opt-out support that enables consumers to unsubscribe from promotional emails but continue receiving product updates, billing notices or transactional messages, if they choose.  

Nimble verifies email addresses before sending and removes invalid or bounced emails, while facilitating double opt-in flows. 

Nimble says its suite is designed to replace what it calls “overpriced, disconnected tools” like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Outreach, and HubSpot, a claim that Email Insider could not independently verify.

According to Nimble, its tools offer these benefits:

Viveka von Rosen, LinkedIn expert and founder of Beyond the Dream Board, says that prior to using Nimble’s integrated email marketing, she juggled four different tools, but now can do all the work in one place.

“Nimble is redefining what CRM should mean for small teams,” added Rebecca Wettemann, CEO and principal analyst at Valoir, adding that the company's integrated approach to sales, marketing, and engagement gives teams all the resources they need while avoiding "the tech stack bloat.”
