Data Cache: New Hub Designed To Track, Automate Leads

B2B marketers are being offered a new platform to nurture and convert leads. 

Blazeo, hailing what it says is a new category of conversion intelligence, has rolled out the Blazeo SmartHub.

The goal is to allow brands to “see, control, and automate every interaction — from the moment a lead arrives to the moment it converts — all in one place,” says Ashhad Syed, CEO of Blazeo.

The new platform triggers immediate engagement via SMS, chat, or email, Blazeo says. The company states that every engagement — whether email, call, text or chat — appears in a single timeline, landing in SmartHub's lead manager. 

SmartHub also features automated workflows that reach out, follow up, schedule and qualify leads, while reporting who is ready to convert, Blazeo adds.

This platform may not be the only one of its kind. Other B2B firms are thinking along similar lines. 

But Blazeo contends that the SmartHub allows businesses to track lead progress, update status, and trigger automations from one central location. It eliminates delays, accelerates conversions, and ensures that no opportunity is ever lost, it adds. 

"Every second a lead waits is a deal slipping away, Syed says, adding that “the silence is over.”
