Publicis Creative U.S. has appointed Charlotte
Tansill President-Social, Creator & Earned, U.S. Reporting to Carla Serrano, Publicis Groupe’s Global Chief Strategy Officer, Tansill will also join Publicis Groupe’s U.S.
leadership team.
In this newly-created role, Tansill will collaborate with leaders and teams across social, creator, and earned media to create
go-to-market solutions that harness the Groupe’s capabilities, according to the company.

Tansill joins from WPP’s Ogilvy where she served for over 17 years, most recently
as President of PR, Social & Influence, North America. Before that she was Global Chief Strategy Officer, Ogilvy PR. Earlier she was Chief Transformation Officer, New York.
Publicis has been aggressively building out its influencer capabilities the last couple of years. In May it acquired California-based Captiv8 and last year bought Influential, which combined
connect brands to more than 15 million creators. It has also acquired other influencer operations in Latin America and Southeast Asia this year.

matter most to our clients, Charlotte represents the future of integrated marketing," said Serrano. "Her proven track record of creating culture-defining campaigns and her mastery in building
social-first maker teams will help us deliver even greater value across our client portfolio."
In a memo to staffers this morning Ogilvy said that three executives are taking on
expanded duties to help fill the gap left by Tansill, including Drew Warren, head of PR, Christine Cotter, head of social and Ansley Williams, head of influence. The missive indicated that newly appointed US CEO Lyndsey Corona will be sharing more details in the coming weeks.
