A week after announcing a strategic partnership with Stagwell,
agentic AI developer Gradial said it has raised $35 million in a Series B funding round led by VMG Partners with participation from existing investors Madrona and Pruven Capital. This brings the
company’s total funding since launching in 2023 to $55 million.
The company said it will use the new funding to accelerate development of its platform and expand its Seattle-based workforce
across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
