Crowther Upped To Incubeta President, Americas

Global marketing agency Incubeta named Amy Crowther as president of the Americas. She takes charge in January, responsible for strategy and operations across the Americas, overseeing integrated media, creative, data and AI.

The post is part of a planned transition to up her to Americas CEO next year. Based in New York, Crowther will replace Alex Langshur, who will assume a new role: executive advisor/M&A integration leader.

An Incubeta insider, she previously served as Chief Client Officer. Her AI duties follow the companies acquisition of RocketSource, an AI consultancy, in September.

Jacques van Niekerk, Group CEO at Incubeta, said Crowther's “leadership and commitment to clients have influenced the way we operate, making her uniquely positioned to lead the U.S. business forward. This transition reflects our commitment to exceptional  leadership, accelerated growth and developing talent from within.”

“As the promise of AI meets the reality of our clients’ day-to-day business needs, we have an important role in helping them to navigate that complexity and turn it into meaningful outcomes,” added Crowther.

Incubeta has done work for L’Oreal, ING, M&S, Les Mills and Beiersdor.
