ZipRecruiter Creates Band To Highlight Platform Ease

Online employment platform ZipRecruiter has a new campaign.

The ZipRecrooners front the new multichannel marketing ad to showcase how the company helps businesses “meet their match.”  Produced in-house, the creative team collaborated with Chromista and Circle Productions. The song was developed with Otis.

The campaign is inspired by the idea that the hiring moment should be exciting.

In the new spot, a lead singer and his R&B-meets-funk band, The ZipRecrooners, appear whenever a small business owner hits a hiring roadblock. 

The work runs on TV, streaming, audio and social media.

The company uses smart matching tech and the ZipIntro and Resume Database tools. The platform will schedule qualified candidates to meet with employers as soon as the next day.
