
Healthcare platform Zocdoc kicked off its 2026 U.S.
campaign with four new spots. “You’ve Got Options” employs humor with ease of use.
Created by 72andSunny, the spots rebuff a common idea: there is no best doctor, only
the best doctor for each individual patient. The goal is to find the physician that suits each person's particular needs. Zocdoc supports healthcare providers across states, specialties and segments
— from solo practitioners to large hospitals.
The campaign runs across TV, streaming, social and audio platforms, and continues through 2026.

Zocdoc is how it makes healthcare feel simple and human again,” said Ashton Rose, creative director at 72andSunny. “It actually helps you find a doctor who feels right, which is rarer than
it should be. We wanted the films to feel the same way — refreshing, enjoyable and like a breath of fresh air for the category.”

The ads are “Seeing Eye to Eye,”
“Mom Down,” “Falling for the Dentist” and “Can I Get a Doc.” They feature an array of characters — from a sick mom hounded by her kids to two
goth friends searching for an eye doctor to a livestock auctioneer desperate to find an attentive therapist.
The campaign builds on last year's “Options” campaign, which
highlighted the brand’s emotional bond with patients.
According to Zocdoc's 2025 “What Patients Want Report,” patients look at an average of 21 providers before
selecting a doctor. But if that doctor delivers on patient priorities, loyalty is high. Survey respondents rank a “positive connection” as the top factor when choosing a doctor.
