Real estate marketplace StreetEasy has turned 20 — and
its latest campaign — “Be a Forever New Yorker” — illustrates what makes New Yorkers special.
Last year's work addressed the downside of leaving the city. This year,
it's about the joy of staying. Spots are here, here and here. The campaign is by Mother New York and StreetEasy’s in-house marketing. This is the brand's third partnership with Mother,
following 2025's "Never Become A Former New Yorker" and 2024's "Let the Journey Begin" campaigns.
“StreetEasy data shows that one in five New Yorkers browse homes for sale,
while also searching for rentals,” said Scott Sparks, principal brand strategist at StreetEasy. “Home buying here isn’t just a transaction, it’s a declaration. New York
isn’t something you age out of — buying here is a way of committing to the life you want to keep living.”

The creative rolls out across digital and social channels, including
Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, TikTok, online video, streaming audio (Spotify and Audacy) and CTV, as well as MTA subway cars and subway stations. Social extensions include an
influencer campaign featuring Meet Cutes NYC.
Creators nclude Brownstone Boys, Carly Fuller and Nick Lowry. OOH ads kick off in March, with large-scale, hand-painted murals at Kent Ave. and Grand Ave. in Williamsburg, and Thompson St. and West
Houston St. in SoHo in April.
The campaign invites viewers to embrace a vibrant city whose citizens live life on their own terms. And they live longer. In November, Mayor Adams announced a New
Yorker's life expectancy rose to 83.2, longer than the average American's at 78.4, per the National Center for Health Statistics.
“Every day in New York, we pass incredible characters
whom we admire. From iconic institutions and world-class museums to hidden treasures just around the next corner, living here means our lives feel fuller than anywhere else,” said Evan
Carpenter, group strategy director, Mother. “This campaign is an ode to those New York icons and a promise from StreetEasy that staying here means you, too, can grow old without ever growing
bored.”
