
Media agency Novus has
appointed Heather Gaut to a new position: vice president of program management.
Based in Chicago, Gaut remit incudes process design, resource planning, forecasting and project
governance. She reports to CEO Libby Morgan.
Previously, she worked at Cella, the service partner supporting Chevron’s global in-house creative studio. There, she led business operations
across marketing and production teams.
Before that, she spent several years in senior leadership roles at Dentsu, overseeing global standards and cross-functional work streams across creative
and media ops. Her brand experience includes American Express, Burger King, T-Mobile and Humana.
Morgan said Gaut “understands how to translate complexity into simplicity without slowing
momentum. Her leadership will help ensure that as our offerings continue to scale, our execution remains seamless and consistent.”

The new hire is known for creating successful delivery
standards while mitigating risk.
