OpAd Media was founded by CEO and President Chelsea Derrico in 2004. It also has an
office in Albany, NY.
“OpAD has always been grounded in media,” Derrico wrote on LinkedIn. “What we’ve been equally focused
on is how to make the work itself better - more connected, more responsive, and more reflective of how campaigns actually evolve in the real world. Bringing Broad into the fold is a natural
extension of that.”
Broad was founded by Kristen Sachs and Hannah Dillon in 2021 and has worked with brands like Hungryroot, Catalyte, Project
Bread, AIA Philadelphia, Alliance HP, Everland, and Brine Street Picklery.
“As we thought about maturing as an agency, we wanted to be very intentional about growth, staying true to
our vision and values, and making moves that would keep us closer to the creative, Dillon wrote on LinkedIn earlier this week. “That led us to joining forces with OpAd Media, an
independent, women-owned and women-led NYC media agency with a vision that mirrors our own and services that can amplify the brand and creative we offer.”
