
Tom Skinner has been appointed group executive creative
director at Oliver.
He reports to Rodrigo Sobral, Oliver's global CCO. Sobral said Skinner “combines world-class brand-building experience with a deep understanding of how culture is
created and shared today.”
The London-based hire is a 20-year creative vet. Previously, he was global ECD at TikTok, producing work for Off-White, BMW and Gucci. More recently, he
oversaw TikTok's global business marketing, helping brands connect with the Women's World Cup and Olympics.
His agency roles include senior creative posts at BBH and CHI & Partners
(The&Partnership), leading work Samsung, British Airways and Tesco Bank.
In his newly created role at Oliver, Skinner's charge is to develop creative solutions native to the platforms and
audiences they serve. He will also serve as creative leader for Unilever's U-Studio, while overseeing other flagship clients.

As part of the hire, Eloise Smith becomes a group ECD.
The
appointment comes as Oliver and The Brandtech Group evolve their AI Inside focus, which combines tech, talent and intelligence to create new possibilities for brands, while human judgement centers the
process.
Skinner added: “The most successful brands and agencies are increasingly combining agile, collaborative creativity with creator partnerships, community-driven thinking and

Oliver’s client roster includes Adidas, Microsoft, PepsiCo and Bayer.
