Washington, DC-based independent agency Yes& has acquired B2B agency Modo Modo which is located in Atlanta, where Yes& also operates, along with an office in Chicago. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. 

Modo Modo was founded in 2007 by Moira Vetter, who will now oversee Yes&’s B2B operations. 

This is Yes&'s third Atlanta acquisition in just over a year — following Metaleap Creative and Hothouse. It is also the agency’s third B2B agency acquisition in the last 18 months following the purchase of Beacon Digital Marketing in 2025 and Symmetri Marketing Group earlier this year. 

Modo Modo clients include Equifax, Northside Hospital, Fiserv, Cox Enterprises and Georgia Tech. 

Zihla Salinas is CEO of Yes&, which was founded in 2018, and Jeb Brown is co-founder and chairman. Salinas joined the agency in 2024 from Engine, where she was US CEO and global CMO.
