& Sandy has added to its senior ranks, naming Charles Watlington its first design director and Phil Fattore as group creative director.
Previously, Watlington was design
director at TBWA/Chiat/Day. His brand word includes Coca-Cola, Uber, the New York Knicks and American Express. Prior to TBWA/Chiat/Day, he held senior design roles at Johannes Leonardo, The Martin
Agency and Ogilvy’s B.I.G. He also led design work for MoMA, Kate Spade and Jazz at Lincoln Center.
Fattore’s creative career includes client work for Uber
Eats, Hanes, Planet Fitness, Nissan and Fox Sports. Most recently, he was group creative director at Special U.S. Before that, he held creative posts at TBWA/Chiat/Day and barrettSF.

The new hires are part of the agency’s internal growth. Terri & Sandy recently named Martin Agency alum John Gibson
as head of strategy, former Grey executive Dylan Prill as head of growth, and Tina Lam, formerly of TBWA/Chiat/Day, as head of production.
The agency’s roster includes Freshpet, National
Geographic Society, Kevin’s Natural Foods, Revlon and Princess Cruises.
