
Epsilon CEO Sean Reardon, a year into the job, continues to shape his
leadership team with the hiring of three senior executives.
The Publicis Groupe data and identity firm has appointed Michael Chock as chief growth officer, Ant McDonagh joins as general
manager, Epsilon Digital, and Kathleen Dundas joins as chief solutions officer. All three roles are new.
Chock will lead a reorganized growth operation that aligns sales, marketing
and client development. He was most recently chief solutions officer at Smart Media Technologies.

McDonagh is tasked with leading the company’s digital and retail media businesses. He
joins from Dentsu where he served in multiple roles over 16 years, most recently as chief trading officer, North America.
Dundas will focus on the company’s expanding data transformation
capabilities. Most recently she was president, data & strategy at Publicis Groupe’s Zenith, where she led work connecting adtech, martech, strategy and measurement.
The appointments follow
recent internal promotions including Kate Sirkin’s elevation to chief data officer, Chris Wissing to chief product officer and Shea Heath to chief client officer.
Reardon joined from Dentsu
where he was CEO of Dentsu’s Americas Media Practice.
