As Mother Los Angeles builds out its West
Coast presence, it has added Stephanie Thiel to its staff as managing director.
Previously, Thiel was a managing director an Mirimar, an indie agency in Los Angeles. There, she worked on
various accounts, such as Beats, Rocket, Lume and Mando.
Her agency experience includes senior posts at VCCP, Away, Joan Creative and Droga5 in New York, where her account work included
The New York Times’ award-winning campaign “The Truth Is Hard to Find.”
Teri Miller, Mother’s U.S. CEO, said: “Thiel’s pedigree from storied agencies and start-ups where creative acumen is non-negotiable,
plus her time spent on the brand side walking in the shoes of our clients, gives her the hard skills. She is the perfect person to lead our growing band of Mother LA misfits as we embark on our next
30 years of independence.”
