AI Compliance In EU Draft Code To Regulate Applications

The European Union has released the first draft of General-Purpose AI Code of Practice (GPAI).
The draft was developed based on contributions from providers of general-purpose AI models, and considers international approaches.
The code, when complete, will apply to providers of general-purpose AI models under the European Union’s AI Act.
