Royal Caribbean Goes To Bowl With February Pitch

Royal Caribbean is running a spot in Sunday's Super Bowl. The ad, via JWT New York and titled "February," plays upon the winter steeplechase of slippery sidewalks, having to wear several layers of clothes and the like.

Instead, the cruise version are things like putting on a wet suit (for layers), riding the wave machine (slippery sidewalks), enjoying a balcony view of the ocean (drafty windows) and having a romantic evening in your cabin (cabin fever).  

The spot, which runs through the month, airs in Chicago, Philadelphia and New York during the Super Bowl.
