NBC Universal is again offering a half-hour promotional show this summer for the NBC network's upcoming fall season.

"The NBC Prime-Time Preview Show" -- a 30-minute presentation of its new shows, including "The Playboy Club," "Whitney" and "Smash" -- will run now through Sept. 25 on broadcast, digital, and cable platforms.

The preview show will focus on exclusive video and behind-the-scenes content, running more than 500 times over broadcast, digital and cable entities. Whitney Cummings ("Whitney") will host the program, and joining her will be Chris D'Elia, her "Whitney" co-star.

Other new shows will include dramas "Prime Suspect" and "Grimm," and comedies "Up All Night" and "Free Agents."

Viewers will also get an update on returning NBC shows: "Parenthood," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "Harry's Law," "Chuck" (for its fifth and final season of 13 episodes), "Community," "Parks and Recreation," "The Office" and "30 Rock." Unscripted efforts "The Voice," "The Sing-Off," "The Biggest Loser" and "Sunday Night Football" are also included in the show.
