Richard Pinder's New House: CP+B

CP+B has acquired London-based global communications network The House Worldwide. In addition, Richard Pinder -- the acquired agency’s co-founder and former COO at Publicis Worldwide -- is taking on the role of CEO UK and International, a new role at Crispin.

Pinder is tasked with building CP+B's global network outside of the U.S., working closely with the management teams of CP+B's offices in London, Scandinavia and Latin America. Pinder will also be a part of the agency's overall management team, along with CEO Andrew Keller, President Steve Erich, and Chief Operating Officer Mike Saunter.

The move comes as Crispin continues to expand outside the U.S.

In the last year, the shop has opened CP+B Brazil with the creative team Marcos Medeiros and Andre Kassu and expanded CP+B Scandinavia to include offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm. It has enhanced its senior management team's global capabilities, with the additions of global managing director Spence Kramer, CP+B Brazil's managing director Vinicius Reis and new CP+B Scandinavia CEO Anders Davidsson.
